On average, the warehouse shipped 1.3 million cases of product worth $32.3 million each month, per the plea agreement.
According to the plea agreement, the facility had operated since 1994, making it Family Dollar's second-oldest distribution center.
Family Dollar said in October that it planned to open a "best-in-class" distribution center on the same site in West Memphis by fall 2024.
